Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 1, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how dopium ("dopium", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects information in connection with our software and related services. This website functions as the management panel for those services. By creating an account, accessing this website, or using any of the services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy and you consent to the practices described in it.
1. Who We Are and What We Provide
We provide software on a software as a service (SaaS) basis. The software is licensed to registered users, and this website serves as the management panel through which users authenticate, manage their subscriptions, review session activity, adjust configurations, and obtain authorized downloads. Access to the services requires a valid account and an active subscription.
2. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Account information. The credentials and identifiers you provide when you register, including your username, authentication details, and linked third-party account identifiers such as a Discord account identifier used for login and verification.
- Subscription information. The status, duration, and entitlements associated with your account.
- Device and hardware information. A machine hardware identifier derived from the serial numbers and characteristics of the device on which the software runs. This identifier is used to associate a license with an authorized device and to enforce the terms of that license.
- Screenshots. Images of the display of the device on which the software runs, captured automatically in the limited circumstances described in Section 3.
- Technical and usage information. Connection metadata such as internet protocol addresses, session timestamps, activity logs, and diagnostic information generated while you use the services.
3. Automated Data Capture by the Software
As part of its license enforcement, security, and anti-fraud functions, the software performs certain automated data capture. You should read this section carefully.
- Hardware identifier capture. Upon registration, and during the setup of the software on a device, the software reads and transmits the machine hardware identifier of that device.
- Screenshot capture on registration. At the time of registration and initial activation, the software captures one or more screenshots of the running device in order to verify the integrity of the installation and to associate the activation with an authorized environment.
- Screenshot capture on detection of reverse engineering. If the automated integrity and tamper-protection routines of the software detect malicious reverse engineering, tampering, debugging, or other unauthorized analysis of the software, the software captures one or more screenshots of the running device, together with related diagnostic information, for the purpose of investigating and preventing abuse, fraud, and violations of the applicable license.
All of the data capture described in this section is performed by automated processes. These processes operate according to predefined rules and do not involve continuous or real-time human observation of your device.
By registering for, subscribing to, or otherwise using our products and services, you acknowledge that these automated processes exist and you expressly consent to the collection described in this section.
4. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- create, authenticate, and administer your account;
- provide, maintain, and improve the services;
- verify device authorization and enforce license terms;
- detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, tampering, and reverse engineering;
- communicate with you regarding your account, subscription, and support requests; and
- comply with applicable legal obligations.
5. Data Storage and Security
We take the security of your information seriously. All user information is securely stored on our servers. We apply standardized encryption and data storage routines that are intended to protect information both in transit and at rest against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Our database systems operate using in-memory storage, and our access controls are designed to limit access to information to authorized personnel and processes only. Although no method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure, we maintain administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to safeguard your information.
6. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as your account remains active, as needed to provide the services, and as required to satisfy our legitimate business purposes, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and comply with applicable legal obligations. When information is no longer required for these purposes, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.
7. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only in the following limited circumstances:
- with service providers and infrastructure partners that process information on our behalf and under obligations of confidentiality;
- when required to do so by law, regulation, legal process, or an enforceable governmental request; and
- to protect the rights, property, safety, and security of dopium, our users, and the public, including to enforce our terms and to prevent fraud or abuse.
8. Third-Party Services and Compliance
The services rely on third-party infrastructure and platforms to operate. The software and services are designed to operate in compliance with applicable third-party terms of service, including those of Cloudflare, Inc., and, in their intended use, do not violate such terms. Your use of any linked or integrated third-party service may also be governed by that third party's own privacy policy and terms.
9. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights regarding the information we hold about you, including rights to access, correct, or request deletion of certain information, and you may close your account at any time. Because a valid hardware identifier and the automated processes described in this Policy are necessary for the operation and licensing of the software, declining to provide this information, or preventing these automated processes, may prevent you from registering for or using the services. To exercise any available right, please contact us using the details in Section 13.
10. Consent
By creating an account, subscribing to, or using our products and services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy, and you consent to the collection, use, storage, and disclosure of information as described in it, including the automated capture of your machine hardware identifier and screenshots of your running device in the circumstances set out in Section 3.
11. Children
The services are not directed to, and are not intended for use by, individuals under the age of eighteen. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe that a child has provided us with information, please contact us so that we can take appropriate action.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will revise the effective date shown above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the services after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
13. Contact Us
If you have questions or requests regarding this Privacy Policy or the information we hold about you, please contact us through the official support channels associated with your account.
